We're delighted you've chosen our property for your vacation. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to agree to the following terms and conditions. By signing this document, you agree to abide by these terms during your stay.
1. Reservation and Payment:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival. Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Direct deposit. If you are paying by direct deposit can you please include your last name and check in date as the reference:

2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing. If we can relet the property, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount relet, less a $75 cancellation fee.
3. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: After 3pm on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: By 9:30am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.
4. Occupancy:
The property is rented to the person(s) named in the booking confirmation. The maximum occupancy is [number] persons.
No parties or events are allowed without prior written permission.
5. Rules and Regulations:
(a) Please respect the property and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level.
(b) No smoking inside the property.
(c) Please check the property house rules for the following rules which are property/complex specific
(d) Some properties do allow pets> However, other properties do not. Please refer to the individual properties amenities page. If it does not say that pets are allowed, then pets are not allowed at the property.
(e) Smoking outside on the premises (Some bi-laws prohibit smoking at specific complexes).
6. Damages and Cleaning:
The property should be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.
A cleaning fee is included in your booking. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
7. Liability:
The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
The property owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
8. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales.
9. Agreement to Terms:
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of your stay and agree to abide by them.
